World number one Woods had reconstructive surgery on his left knee last Tuesday and has been advised by his doctors to take extra care for the first three weeks of his recovery. "Flying, unfortunately, swells up my leg pretty good," Woods said in a teleconference call on Monday. "When I flew home from the procedure, it ballooned up a little bit. So my doctors advised me to lay low and stay away from planes. "Missing this week being the host of the event, it's very disappointing," added the 14-times major winner, who has shut down his playing schedule for the rest of the year.
